Delete your account
In the app
Open Account → Settings → Delete account, confirm with your password, and your account is deleted right away.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email, phone number, password and sign-in sessions
- Saved addresses, saved cards, wishlist, followed shops, likes and saved Flows
- Notification settings and push-notification tokens
What we keep
Order, payment and refund records are kept without your name or contact details for up to 6 years where tax, accounting or fraud-prevention law requires it. Messages you sent to vendors stay visible to them, shown as “Deleted user”.
Shop owners and staff: our team first settles payouts and open orders, then deletes the account within 30 days.
